     M:     No, my parents don't come home for lunch. My home is just next to a restaurant and I usually have hunch there.

8.  W:    Would you like to climb hills this Saturday?
     M:     No. Why don't we go fishing?

9.  W:    I'll have a party at my home this afternoon. Would you like to come?
     M:    I'd like to, but my parents will take me to visit the old people.

10.W:  I hear today is your birthday.
     M:  No, tomorrow is my birthday. It's May Day today.

W: Are there any community centres in your neighbourhood?
M: Yes, there is one.
W: Do you like it?
M: Yes. We can have lots of fun and get many skills there.
W: So there are many clubs in it, right?
M: That's true. I'm in the drawing club.
W: How often do you go there?
M: Twice a week.

Lily would like to study with Nick on Saturday. So Nick tells her the way to his home. Lily can get off the bus in front of the shopping mall. Then she'll see a park on the right. Go past the park and turn left into Hongyun Street. Walk along Hongyun Street until the end of the road. There is a supermarket on the left. Dragon Garden is next to the supermarket. Nick lives in Room 1202, Buidling 103

Hi, I'm Neil. I live in a town near London. I'm very happy to show you around my house.

First, you can see our living room on the ground floor. Next to the living room is the dining room. Beside it is the kitchen. From the window of the kitchen, you can see our garden outside. Now let's go up to the first floor. We have two bathrooms on this floor. We have two bathrooms on this floor. There are also four bedrooms. I have my own bedroom.

Now let me tell you more about my house.

Our living room on the ground floor is big and comfortable. We always sit on the sofa and watch TV there. Next to the living room is the dining room. The knives and  forks are on the table ready for dinner. Beside the dining room is the kitchen. I like this room. There's always nice food and drinks in the fridge. My family and I often sit there and enjoy a cup of tea. From the window of the kitchen, you can see our garden outside. There are lots of beautiful flowers.

We have two bathrooms on the first floor. The showers and the toilets are all white. There are also four bedrooms. In my bedroom, there's a lamp beside my bed, and there's a picture of my favourite football player on the wall.

Hello, Millie. Let me tell you about something about my family. There are five people in my family. They're my dad, my mom, my elder brother and sister, and my.

My dad is a policeman. He works in a police station near our school.  Sometimes he works at night. My mom works in a restaurant in the town centre. She's a manager, so she's always busy. My brother works in a post office. He's a postman. He often goes to work by bike. He loves his job. My sister is an office worker. She works for a big company. The company is far away from our home, so she goes to work by train.

The Palace Museum is a wonderful place to visit. Every day, lots of people come to see it. There are a lot of beautiful palaces inside the Palace Museum. The most important palaces are Taihe Palace,  Zhonghe Palace and Baohe Palace. Today we'll visit Taihe Palace first, at 10 a.m.. It's about 27 metres high. At 10:30 a.m., we'll go to Zhonghe Palace. We'll see beautiful works of art there. Half an hour later, we'll go to Baohe Palace to see more works of art. Then we'll have lunch. at 1 p.m., we'll see some Chinese paintings in Huangji Palace. Finally, at about 2:30 p.m., we'll visit Fengxian Palace to see some clocks and watches. After that, we can buy some presents for our friends in the gift shop. OK, let's go to Taihe Palace.

Cross the road at the zebra crossing.

Walk past the police station.

When you're at the big tree, turn left and walk to the bridge. Cross the bridge, turn right and walk straight on. Take the second turning on the right. Walk along the path, and you'll see a house on your left. Walk past the house, turn left and walk along the path next to the river. The treasure is under the ground in front of the third tree on the left.
